Please quote the Tracking Number overleaf. Your delivery will be made to your home or work between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Book by 4pm to arrange next day delivery.

I am very upset having waited in all day with a deficit at work I don’t wand to be told I have to take another day off. No knock on door or anything.

after numerous calls assuring delivery 01:12:10
I imformed receipiant of last call it was necessary to take time off work to accept delivery;was again assured delivery had already left site.8 hours later called to verify status of consignment,informed delivery had been returned since morning,no one had the courtesy to call informing me,I would have then gone to work and not lost a full days pay .
Establishment should feel responsible and do the sensible thing by reimbursing lost wages thereby mantaining a harmonious client customer relationship and efficient reputation.
