i try to connect with someone from greece to 2103503300 and i can not always the lines are busy.i want to speak with a person who speaks greek because i had made a reservation with your company on 7/1/2010 to flight to london gatwick and the flight 5086 cancelled because of the conditions weather. so i lost my money from the hotel in london which i had prepayed all the money 438 euros with a credit card and now the hotel can not accept to change us days to go later on 20/1/2010 that we close a new flight to go so we lost our money.i want somene who is responsible to talk with me and find a solution.

The correct number in Switzerland is 0900 000 195. They are open M-F from 8 am to 8 pm, S-S from 9 am to 5 pm. The number listed above is no longer in service.
