Can anyone let me know the BIC/Swift code for the Banco De Andalucia – the list says BANDESSSXXX – does the XXX have to be a number?

Hi Ana,
the BIC code is the same as the SWIFT code, as defined by the standard ISO 9362.
Please check with your the source, Banco de España, the precise BIC code required for your transactions.
