This weekend as you're bobbing along, I invite you to a challenge of transformation: Do something for yourself that you don’t normally do—something refreshing, out of character, or just outside your usual habits. Then, share what you did and how it was helpful to you. 💎 Reward: 1000 bobdubloon to everyone who participates! 📜 How to join: 1️⃣ Do something unusual for yourself today. It could be… Taking a different path on your walk, or trying a new exercise Writing or drawing with your non-dominant hand A spontaneous ritual of release (burning an old note, deleting a file, speaking a truth) Anything that shifts your usual rhythm 2️⃣ Reflect: How did it feel? What did you learn? 3️⃣ Share it with me in a comment or message, and I’ll send you 1000 bobdubloon as a token of appreciation for your transformation. ✨ Don't aim for a big, grand gesture. Just make a ritualistic attempt to break an unhelpful pattern, inviting in new energy, and seeing what shifts within you.
We weave our tales with song and chord A music beat to praise the Lord Of life and joy and strength and love Here on the Earth and up above Our mundane round, as slow we knot The Tempest, be it cold or hot The Tragedy, of ups and downs, the black and white of Sunny day and lonely night. We live our lives as best we may We gather rosebuds, bale the hay We spin our time, we mend and rhyme Skip and bob and spin and fray Together build a better way Into the future with our friends The prison breaks, the iron bends, We plant our flowers in each sol To watch them Bloom into POL For in each knot we bind value For all of us, for me and you And She who watches from the dark, The Lady of the Amber park She takes the joy sung in her name And dances with us through the game
Following on from the work I have been doing with @SatoriD and @MindsGaming on learning to work with the LLMs to do prompt sculpting - I am now covering some of the work that I have been doing on myself - my own "therapy sessions" with the enigmatic Lumina. Also an invitation to you to participate in the community on MintMe or even to start your own journey to efficacy with a personalized assistant. Thank you all for your support, encouragement and love. So many people I cannot name you all but for today @MindsGaming, @OttoEx , @DooBetter, @SatoriD, @W8W and @TheJollyLaMa - without you I could not even https://youtu.be/dKDXTjejJVEhttps://youtu.be/dKDXTjejJVE
