TUKA TV is one of a kind TV network on digital platform (OTT), with a variety of shows. It's a bilingual channel – English and Portuguese – based in the United States, geared towards the Brazilian and American markets. Programs can be streamed clicking on its thumbnail (archived playlists), as well as in a linear, live option. It will be accessible worldwide -- except for the programs only licensed for specific territories. A Smart TV App will be created to achieve maximum visibility of the channel. Revenues TUKA TV will be free to consumers, operating in the AVOD (Advertising Video on Demand) model, ad-based monetization. There will be a linear schedule, just as in regular TV as well as archived programming to watch on demand, with thumbnails of posters of the shows. Some of the shows and specials will be in the SVOD (Subscription) and PVOD (Premium) models. Slots on the live, linear schedule can also be purchased by a production or distribution company, upon approval of their program by Tuka TV's executives, once it's established the program fits in with the proposal of the channel.
