Could someone explain to me why withdrawals from the BSC network are stuck? The transaction status is "Pending" something that I think should be automatic but I really don't understand how it works.

To comment in some cases I must have tokens from a certain creator and I am not really interested in buying all the tokens. I am only looking to invest in tokens with sustainable utility and an active community.
Which tokens do you think I should invest my time and money in? When I see an offer higher than $10 I think it will motivate me to invest, however most people invest cents and they are not very frequent traders.
