Token connected to Freedom artwork. The contact with matter invariably creates in me the need to process, form and discover what seemingly is impossible. However, the material itself, which in my case is, among others organza, plexiglass, monofilament, wire and flax are just a means of expressing or describing the world that I am a part of. This world is, first and foremost, the nature manifesting itself in the sumptuousness of shapes and constant striving for their reproduction. This process of multiplying various forms of life, leads to the multiplicity of the same individuals among flora and fauna. It fascinates me and inspires me, and also raises the belief about the immeasurable potential of nature. Similarity, almost identical forms which are in the same place and time in the world, is a common phenomenon in water, on land as well as in the air. For me, they are a kind of phenomenon that just needs to be seen. Touching is a physical contact with matter, it is the ability to distinguish between the important physical features that characterize it. In the case of a large number of identical forms, the desire to touch them is transferred to all elements. We want to be among them to feel the all-encompassing multitude. I think that at this moment the sensations are born, perhaps different for each recipient, because they result from various types of sensibilities. I also hope that the bionic objects that I create, to a minimum extent though, will allow to see, touch and experience what exists in nature from the beginning, and to a lesser extent we seem to notice.
