The fastest/easiet way is to download the MetaMask wallet app. Once you create your wallet, switch to the Polygon network by visiting polygon.technology. Now at the bottom, tap import token. Enter in the smart contract address and your done! If you are having issues getting your MetaMask app onto the Polygon network, try using Kiwi browser w/the MetaMask extension instead.
