And so it comes to me once more the time is now, I must step forward I cannot shirk, I must not flinch I have to find a way within to meet my fate firm on my feet And find the path to be complete To be complete in mind and soul to move into another role so many friends to hold my hand encourage me to take a stand I am so slow I feel so old And yet the future - filled with gold! I am astounded by the sights I am enthused to reach new heights Many trials are yet to come And yet I cannot just stay dumb It's time to speak to raise my voice To join the throng and make a noise
