Many years ago - perhaps about 25 - I had a very strange dream. It was a dream where an Argentinian gaucho suddenly appeared in the dream out of nowhere, disrupted everything and then without saying anything faded out. He was very vivid and felt more real than the dream itself. It was a very unusual experience and did not link to anything that my dreams usually refer to. I have never understood what that was about - but I find that that visitation has never been resolved or explained. It has become part of my journey through life, a symbol of the unexplained and inexplicable. Today I am very aware of Love. Cosmic Love. Ruthless Love. The type of love that is nothing to do with feelings or sentiment or emotion. It is the Love born of decision, commitment and endurance. The type of Love that a man develops before he decides to give up his freedom and commit to rearing offspring.
