COOWHALE is intended as a token with voting power. A percentage of each purchase or sale of this token will go to an address and one day of each month the community will vote where to invest this money. This investment will remain at a minimum until the investment is doubled, when the investment will be recovered to repurchase COOWHALE and burn it. The remaining amount will be the community who decides and chooses the direction of the project and the rest of the investments with their proposals and votes on our social networks.
