How to recover your account if you lost both your password and 2FA device

If you’ve lost access to your MintMe.com account and no longer have your 2FA (two-factor authentication) device, follow the steps below to recover your account.

Step 1: Contact us

  • Send an email to support@mintme.com with the subject line: “Lost 2FA and password – Account Recovery Request.”
  • Make sure to use the email address linked to your MintMe.com account.

Step 2: Verification process

  • To verify your identity, you will be asked a few questions related to your account. Providing accurate answers will help us process your request faster.

Step 3: We’ll help you recover access

  • After verifying your information, we will disable 2FA for your account.
  • Once 2FA is disabled, you can reset your password by clicking "Forgot Password" on the MintMe.com login page.

Note:

  • After you regain access, we strongly recommend re-enabling 2FA using a new device.
