How to verify your account if the SMS code does not arrive

If you're not receiving the SMS verification code when trying to verify your account, follow the steps below.

What to do if the SMS doesn't arrive

  1. Double-check that your phone number is entered correctly, including the country code.
  2. Make sure your phone has signal and is not blocking short codes or unknown numbers.
  3. Wait a few minutes — sometimes delivery may be delayed depending on your location or network. If the code hasn’t arrived yet, you can click ‘Send code again’.

If you’ve tried the above and the SMS still hasn’t arrived, contact our support team for help.

How to contact support

Send an email to support@mintme.com with the subject:
“SMS Verification Code Not Received”

In your message, include:

  • The email address linked to your MintMe.com account
  • Your phone number, including the country code
  • A brief note that you are not receiving the verification SMS
