Why did my DEX transaction fail but funds were deducted?

If your transaction on DEX did not go through, but you noticed that funds were deducted from your wallet, this usually means the transaction was submitted but not successfully completed on the blockchain.

In this situation, there are two possible outcomes:

1. The system will retry the transaction: In some cases, due to network congestion or temporary issues, the transaction may not finalize immediately. The system may attempt to process it again after a short time. Funds will be credited to your CEX balance.

2. If the transaction ultimately fails and cannot be completed, your funds are not lost. They will be safely credited to your MintMe CEX balance.
