Chapter Thirty Nine Cash is part of an incentive initiative created to reward young people who join the C39 academy to learn new skills, and for the volunteers who mentor them or work with the academy. The Academy helps 16-24 year olds who have a passion for crafts in creative media, performance, entertainment and sports.
