No long ago I got a message from a taxi provider to which I’m fondly subscribed since they give me chance to pay in any way I want, including crypto, where they were also offering, alongside a food chain, Hamburgers in delivery, right to your house. Just thinking that they could come to my house and bring me a full hamburger made me happy but I was happier considering how things can interconnect and work when people don’t give up on their ideas.

Delivery services aren’t new indeed, but it's surprising to see many businesses nowadays that still are not very happy with this idea. In the first place, I think it could have something to do with the fact that they don’t trust electronic/ via internet transactions enough or they are unable to offer everyone a one way of payment method to which they could all submit too. Making our customers happy is something very important for any business. I’ll give you an example: I’m probably not the only person who has been to a pizza place and found out that the ingredient I wanted on my pizza was no longer in stock, or even that they have gone out of boxes so I can bring my leftovers home if I wanted to. After going to that place and putting my time in it, of course, I was very unhappy as a client for not being able to have the kind of pizza or service I wanted. Indeed, the delivery service can assure you that the pizza you wanted is indeed being served there and if not then you don’t need to lose your time and make a mad face against your favorite pizza place. It is a great initiative and a process that will result in a much greater customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Other than making people happy of course, there’s the fact that your business will have a much more significant reach. In theory, you can start accepting orders from all over your city. This is a win-win situation, the customer is satisfied with the service and the business increases its revenue. Then, becoming an online service having a bigger reach, along with an increase in customer satisfaction and punctuality will most often guarantee more sales for your business.
