How to block or ban a user
There are two ways to block someone on MintMe.com, depending on the type of interaction:
How to block a user from direct messages
If you want to stop a user from messaging you:
- Open your "Messages" panel.
- Find the user in your contact list. Click the "three dots" next to their name.
- Select "Block user" from the dropdown menu.
- Confirm by clicking "Block" in the modal.
Note:
- Blocking a user from messages will prevent them from contacting you privately, but it does not affect their ability to interact with your token page.
How to ban a user from your token area
If someone is posting unwanted content or spam under your token, you can ban them in two ways:
Option 1: From the User’s Profile
- Go to the user’s profile and click "Ban User" under their username.
- A confirmation modal will appear. You can also choose to:
Delete all comments and propositions from this user. Click "Confirm" to complete the action.
Option 2: From a Comment Under Your Token’s Post
- Locate the comment the user left under your post and click the "three-dot menu (⋮)" next to their comment.
- Select "Ban User".
- You’ll see a modal asking you to confirm the ban.
Note:
- Banning a user from your token area prevents them from commenting or interacting with your token page.
