How to block or ban a user

There are two ways to block someone on MintMe.com, depending on the type of interaction:

How to block a user from direct messages

If you want to stop a user from messaging you:

  1. Open your "Messages" panel.

  1. Find the user in your contact list. Click the "three dots" next to their name.

  1. Select "Block user" from the dropdown menu.

  1. Confirm by clicking "Block" in the modal.

Note:

  • Blocking a user from messages will prevent them from contacting you privately, but it does not affect their ability to interact with your token page.

How to ban a user from your token area

If someone is posting unwanted content or spam under your token, you can ban them in two ways:

Option 1: From the User’s Profile

  1. Go to the user’s profile and click "Ban User" under their username.

  1. A confirmation modal will appear. You can also choose to:
Delete all comments and propositions from this user. Click "Confirm" to complete the action.

Option 2: From a Comment Under Your Token’s Post

  1. Locate the comment the user left under your post and click the "three-dot menu (⋮)" next to their comment.

  1. Select "Ban User".

  1. You’ll see a modal asking you to confirm the ban.

Note:

  • Banning a user from your token area prevents them from commenting or interacting with your token page.
